PISRS (Pravno-informacijski sistem Republike Slovenije) is an online information system that provides access to legal acts and regulations of the Republic of Slovenia. The platform allows users to find various laws, regulations, decrees, rules, and other legal documents that are currently in force or were valid in the past. PISRS provides tools for searching, viewing, and printing legal acts, as well as information about their validity, amendments, and changes.
However, searching through and navigating legal regulations can be time-consuming and complex. Because of this, I developed PISRS GUI, an application that makes it easier to view a legal act together with its related acts and regulations. I also added the ability to automatically generate an index for a specific act, making searching through documents much easier.

If you hold the Ctrl key and double-click on an act or regulation in the left-side view or in the graph, it will open directly in your browser on the PISRS website.
The application also allows exporting generated relationship graphs to SVG and JPG formats.

The main feature of the application is generating an index for a legal act or law, provided that a consolidated version of the document is available. Example of the index. The idea for this feature was suggested by my friend Sven.

Since the application is still under development, it is not publicly available yet.
If you would like to use it, please fill out the form below and the application will be sent to your email address.
